A very eazy Cookie Bar ,made with Graham Crackers.This is one I make that ever one loves.My brother James once ate a whole pan in two day's.As he can tell you they are very rich...I think I got this recipe from Paula Dean

Ingredients
- - 1-16 oz box of graham crackers
- - 1 1/2 sticks of butter-use real butter
- - 1 cup of sugar
- - 1 large egg
- - 1/2 cup of milk
- - 1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
- - 1 cup of sheddred coconut
- TOPPING
- - 2 cups of powered sugar
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- - 1/2 stick of butter
- - 3 tablespoons of milk

Step 1BEFORE YOU START THE FILLING, CRUSH UP A CUP OF GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS

Step 2For the filling line a 13x9 inch pan with whole graham crackers.Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add sugar.Beat the eggs and the milk together,add to the butter mixture.Bring to a boil stirring constantly.remove from heat ,and add the nuts and the coconut and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs,and pour over the graham cracker in the pan.Cover with another layer of the whole graham crackers(gently press down on to the filling

Step 3For The Topping:::::Beat all the topping ingredients together and spread over the top layer of crackers.NOTE:::::Topping will be kind of like a glaze,if to thick add a Tiny bit more milk,it will harden after it sets..Chill :and cut in to squares.I let it set 5-6 hours sometimes over night .Coveronce it cools
