A Swedish cookie handed down from my family for many many years now. It is great because it has a touch of cardamon in the recipe. Melt in your mouth good. This is the recipe my mom made every Christmas..

    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    corn starch, sifted
  • 2 tsp
    crushed cardamon seed

How to Make Louise's Krumkaka


  1. Beat egg and sugar together until lemon color. Add melted butter, cream, flour and corn starch. Mix well.
  2. Bake on a electric krumkaka iron until golden brown. Remove quickly and roll, holding until set.
