A Swedish cookie handed down from my family for many many years now. It is great because it has a touch of cardamon in the recipe. Melt in your mouth good. This is the recipe my mom made every Christmas..

Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup corn starch, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons crushed cardamon seed

How To Make louise's krumkaka

  • Step 1
    Beat egg and sugar together until lemon color. Add melted butter, cream, flour and corn starch. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Bake on a electric krumkaka iron until golden brown. Remove quickly and roll, holding until set.
