My future mother-in-law is an amazing cook ... and this has to be our favorite dessert that she makes, even my kids go crazy for it.

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    jello coconut instant pudding, prepared
  • 1 box
    jello banana instant pudding, prepared
  • 8
    bananas, sliced
  • ·
    vanilla wafers cookies

How to Make Linda's Coconut Banana Pudding Cups

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine prepared pudding mixes. For single servings: Place a spoonful of pudding into dessert cups/bowls. Line the sides of each cup/bowl with cookies. Place a layer of banana slices over pudding. Spoon in more pudding, and add another layer of banana slices.
  2. Repeat pudding/banana layers until cups/bowls are about 3/4 full, ending with pudding. Garnish with a cookie and leftover banana slices.
  3. Can also be made in a large serving bowl ... following the same steps as above, and adding a layer of cookies in with the banana & pudding layers.
