2 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sour cream
2 - limes zest
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup white chocolate chips

How To Make lime white chocolate coconut cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in sour cream and lime zest.

Step 2

Then mix in the flour, baking powder, coconut and white chocolate. Click tablespoon sized cookies on the baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
