Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 24 - graham crackers
How To Make light and luscious orange bars

Step 1Chill a small mixing bowl and beaters.

Step 2In the top section of a double boiler, soften gelatin in the melted concentrated orange juice.

Step 3Place over hot water,and stir until the gelatin is completely disolved.

Step 4Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla.

Step 5Using cold beaters, beat dry milk and water until soft peaks form.

Step 6Add the lemon juice and beat until stiff.

Step 7Fold in orange juice mixture.

Step 8Spread on 12 graham crackers.

Step 9Top with the remaining crackers.

Step 10Wrap individually; freeze until firm about 2 hours.
