lemony crisps
These little gems are delightful. I got the recipe off the Betty Crocker Lemon Cake mix and since they were very easy and called for so few ingredients, I made them! So glad I did!!! If you like lemon, you will truly enjoy these cookies.

- 1 - lemon cake mix
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 - eggs
How To Make lemony crisps

Step 1Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until well blended. Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass that has been dipped in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake 5 - 7 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.

Step 2Once cookies are done, make a glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle glaze over cookies and then sprinkle with powdered sugar before the glaze dries. ENJOY!
