Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 - eggs
3 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 can 6oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- powdered sugar

How To Make lemonade cookies

Step 1

1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. 2. Sift flour and soda. Add flour alternately with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate to butter mixture

Step 2

3. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 3

4. Bake at 400* for 8 minutes. Brush with ramaining lemonade concentrate and dust with powdered sugar.
