Ingredients
- 11/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips, chopped
- 8 ounces candied lemon peel, chopped
How To Make lemon white chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375 and grease cookie sheets.

Step 2In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Beat in egg and lemon juice, and gradually add flour mixture.

Step 4Add white chocolate and lemon peel and mix thoroughly.

Step 5Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown. Cool on baking sheet. I also make a lemon icing to go on these.
