I love all things lemony! These are a refreshing change from the traditional chocolate chip.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate
2 - eggs
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

How To Make lemon white chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

preheat oven to 375

Step 2

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and extract.
Step 3

In separate bowl add dry ingredients together. Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix until well blended. Add chips.
Step 4

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
