How to Make Lemon Whipper Snappers
- 1Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- 2. Mix the cake mix, eggs and whipped topping in a large bowl. Shape by tablespoonful's into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Put on baking sheet.
- 3Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, being careful not to overbrown. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray before reusing each time. Makes 2 to 3 dozen cookies.
