2In a bowl combine flour,baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add ricotta cheese, lemon juice and zest. Beat to combine. Stir in dry ingredients.
3Line two baking sheets with parchment paper(make sure you do this so cookies dont get crispy or burned). Spoon dough onto cookie sheets and bake about 15 minutes. FOR GLAZE: combine1 1/2 cups powder sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and zest of 1 lemon in a bowl and spread over cookies when cool. Enjoy!
