Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
- 2 - cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 - 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 - lemon zest, grated
- FOR GLAZE:
- 1 1/2 cups powder sugar
- 3 - tbsp lemon juice
- 1 - lemon, zested
How To Make lemon ricotta cookies with glaze

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2In a bowl combine flour,baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add ricotta cheese, lemon juice and zest. Beat to combine. Stir in dry ingredients.

Step 3Line two baking sheets with parchment paper(make sure you do this so cookies dont get crispy or burned). Spoon dough onto cookie sheets and bake about 15 minutes. FOR GLAZE: combine1 1/2 cups powder sugar, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and zest of 1 lemon in a bowl and spread over cookies when cool. Enjoy!
