Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup butter (use real butter)
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
How To Make lemon melt cookies

Step 1Combine all ingred. and add a bit more lemon juice if needed. Roll into a 2inch round log and place in the fridge for 1-2 hrs. Cut into 1/4 inch rounds and bake for 8-12min @ 350. *Note the cookies do not brown

Step 2Glaze with a mixture of icing(powder)sugar and lemon juice
