I tweeked this reciepe and found I love this

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup butter (use real butter)
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest

How To Make lemon melt cookies

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingred. and add a bit more lemon juice if needed. Roll into a 2inch round log and place in the fridge for 1-2 hrs. Cut into 1/4 inch rounds and bake for 8-12min @ 350. *Note the cookies do not brown
  • Step 2
    Glaze with a mixture of icing(powder)sugar and lemon juice
