How To Make lemon heath balls
-
Step 1mix the butter, 1/4c powdered sugar, van, water, pudding mix. add the flour and the chopped candy bars. i use a steak knife to cut the bars. this will take awhile with your mixer but it will form into a ball. when this happens roll in small one inch balls and put on greased cookie sheet. bake for 10 to 12 min. at 325 they will not look done! they will be slightly tan on bottom. let set on cookie sheet until they can be taken off. roll in powdered sugar. let cool roll again in powdered sugar. if these turn out hard, you have overbaked them. they will last a long time in a covered container if they last that long. i have made these into chocolate ones and they are good too.
