Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 - 22 oz. can lucky leaf lemon pie filling
How To Make lemon crunch bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Mix flour, sugar, oats, baking soda and salt. Cut in shortening. Press half of the mixture in a greased 9x13 cake pan.

Step 2Cover with lemon pie filling. Spread remaining flour mixture evenly over top. Bake for about 40 minutes. This works with just about any pie filling, but so far lemon has been best.
