    lemon cake mix
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 c
    cool whip, thawed
  • 1-1.5 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make lemon crinkle cookies

    Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and thawed Cool Whip to form a very sticky batter

    Using a tablespoon, form dough and roll in the powdered sugar.

    Bake 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Cool on wire rack after allowing the cookies to rest for 1 minute.
