Ingredients

1 package duncan hines, lemon supreme cake mix
2 - eggs
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
- confectioners sugar for dusting

How To Make lemon cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on lined baking sheets.
Step 3

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheets. Remove to cooling racks. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool completely. Makes 3 dozen.
