Ingredients
- 1 box 18.25 ounces,yellow cake mix with pudding
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup cup vegetable oil
- 1 package cream chhese,softened (8 ounces)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
How To Make lemon cheese bars

Step 1PREHEAT the oven to 350 degrees

Step 2In a medium sized bowl,combine the cake mix,1 egg,and the oil,mix until crumbly

Step 3reserve 1 cup of the mixture

Step 4Lightly pat down the remaining mixture into an ungreased 9 X13 baking pan.

Step 5Bake for 15 minutes,cool slightly

Step 6MEANWHILE,in another medium-sized bowl,beat together the remaining egg,cream cheese,sugar and lemon juice until light and smooth.

Step 7Spread over the cooled baked layer

Step 8Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture and bake for 15 minutes more or until light golden,
