Ingredients

2 boxes lemon cake mix
4 - eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can cake frosting, any flavor (i use vanilla)

How To Make lemon cake cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Mix the first 3 ingredients together; the dough will be very dense.
Step 3

Roll into balls - do not flatten. The balls should all be uniform in shape.
Step 4

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting.
Step 5

Frost the bottom of one cookie, and then place another cookie on top of the frosted one to make a sandwich.
