How to Make Lemon Bars
- 1Blend margarine, 2 cups flour and powdered sugar. Pat into 9X13 pan and bake 15 minutes or until light brown
- 2Sift sugar, flour and baking powder, add eggs, lemon juice and rind. Blend well. Spread over baked crust.
- 3Bake 25 minutes in 350F oven and cool. Cut into squares. Dust with powdered sugar.
