leftover easter candy cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 stick buttr
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or any compatable flavoring
  • 2/3 cup leftover candy (easter, halloween, christmas)
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

How To Make leftover easter candy cookies

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl beat together sugars, egg, butter, baking powder, salt and flavoring.
  • Step 2
    Add flour mixing well. fold in candy and drop by teaspoon fulls into a cookie sheet. bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Take out when lightly browned and still soft, do not over bake.
  • Step 3
    I used a 1 oz white chocolate bunny, 20 mini Reeses peanut butter cups, and a cadbury egg all chopped for the left over candy
