  • 1/2 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3/4 c
    oats, quick cooking
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Lace Oatmeal cookies


  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. *Cookies are very thin.
  5. Take out of oven and cool for no more than 1 minute, then roll around handle of wooden spoon.
  6. They will not roll if too hot or too cool. These are good flat also if you don't have the time or patience to roll.
