krumkaker
(Norwegian Crumbly Cookie) This is one of the traditional Norwegian cookies we make for Christmas. It is a really easy cookie to make, and could be made anytime of the year.

These have just the right amount of sweetness! I was intrigued with the measurements in this recipe. My eggs were 4 1/4 oz, so that was how I measured the rest of my ingredients. And they came out perfectly! I used the pestle from my mortar and pestle to shape my cookies and it worked perfect. I will be taking these to my neighborhood Christmas party.
