Recipe by
Springville, UT

Kneaders is a bakery franchise in Utah and has by far the best sugar cookies anywhere. It's the lemon and nutmeg that put them over the top. The owner posted this recipe on a television blog and I am posting it and the icing for you. Hope you love them as much as I. Oh! And this makes a LOT. I just separate into fourths and freeze the others for great!
