1 jarjar solo pastry filling of your choice (this is actually pie filling of choice now)
How To Make klotschky cookies, mom

1Melt cream cheese, butter and flour. refrigerate several hours, or overnight. Roll thin, powder with sugar. Cut, fill with pastry filling, fold over and bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 min.
