This is such a great cookie to alter to your personal tastes, and easy to make! Mark told me that the original flavors in his Polish family were apricot, cherry, fig or prune.

Ingredients
- 7 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 jar jar solo pastry filling of your choice (this is actually pie filling of choice now)

Step 1Melt cream cheese, butter and flour. refrigerate several hours, or overnight. Roll thin, powder with sugar. Cut, fill with pastry filling, fold over and bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 min.
