What's not to love about these cookies? I mean, you've got oatmeal, chocolate chips, coconut and pecans surrounded by a ton of ooey-gooey goodness.

all-purpose flour
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp

instant oatmeal
1 pkg
chocolate chips
1 c
chopped pecans
1 c
flaked coconut

How to Make Kitchen Sink Cookies


  • 1In a large bowl, cream together the sugars, butter, shortening, eggs and vanilla until fluffy and smooth.
  • 2Sift together the flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; mixing well. Fold in oatmeal, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut.
  • 3Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
