These are ultra rich, ultra delicious cookies that will have everyone raving!!!!! Change up the nuts...change up the chips!!!! Have fun with them...they are to die for!!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 cup peacans, chopped
  • 1 package butterscotch chips
  • 3 1/2 cups flour

How To Make kitchen sink cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Stir in egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in rest of ingredients. Place on ungreased cookie sheet into balls the size of walnuts. Bake for approximately 12 minutes. Cool on sheet for a few minutes before removing.

    I have substituted Almonds, Walnuts, and Macadamia nuts for the pecans all.
