I like chocolate chip cookies but they are either too hard or too chewy, so I decided to make a cookie that's a little of both, hope you enjoy them as much as me and my family do.

Ingredients

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter or margaring
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate chip morsels

How to Make Kimmy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a large bowl mix first 5 ingredients til smooth.
    In a smaller bowl mix the remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips...Add flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time to the wet mixture. Now add chocolate chips and mix well.
  3. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet (I use parchment paper) bake for 10 to 15 minutes...cool, remove with spatula and ENJOY!
  4. For larger cookies, drop by the tablespoon full, and use same baking time.
