c3/4 firmly packed brown sugar
tsp1 1/2 vanilla extract
c2 1/4 all-purpose flour
tsp1 baking soda
pkg1 1/2 (1 bag)semisweet chocolate chips
How to Make Kimberly Cornea's Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter and both sugars at medium speed with a heavy duty stand mixer until creamy.
Add eggs and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla,beating until blended.
- Combine flour,baking soda,and salt in a seperate bowl.Gradually add butter mixture,beating just until blended.Fold in chocolate chips,until combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets
- bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove to wire racks,and cool completely (about 15 minutes.)
