Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
- 3 tablespoons sweetener
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup sugar-free semi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make keto chocolate chip skillet cookie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using the 2 Tablespoons of butter, spread around the sides and bottom of a 9 or 10-inch cast iron skillet or cake pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix the butter, sweeteners, vanilla, and egg.

Step 3Add the almond flour and chocolate chips, stir to combine.

Step 4Pour into prepared pan or skillet and pat down with spoon or fingers. Bake 20 minutes, or until set in the middle.

Step 5Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before cutting into 8 wedges and serving warm.
