3/4 cbrown sugar, light (packed)

2 1/4 cold-fashioned oats

1 3/4 call-purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

3/4 tspground cinnamon
How To Make just oatmeal cookies

1Using a large bowl and the electric mixer, cream the butter and the sugars together on high until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.

2Add the eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.

3In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

4On medium speed, gradually add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients.

5Stir in the old-fashioned oats.

6Line the cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, place cookie dough on lined cookie sheets.

7Bake cookies in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 13 minutes. Bake until the edges turn brown.
