Had a package of Phillsbury Chocolate Chip cookie dough in the refrigerator and thought I'd try something different. I sliced the dough as directed and added a teaspoon of chunky peanut butter in the center of one cookie and covered with another slice. Rolled into large balls and baked them. Turned out pretty good. Makes 8 large cookies.

Ingredients

1 package phillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
1 teaspoon chunky peanut butter

How To Make jumbo peanut butter filled chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Open dough package and cut into 16 slices.
Step 3

Take one slice and place a teaspoon of chunky peanut butter in center of cookie dough.
Step 4

Place another slice of cookie dough on top and seal all sided by rolling dough into a large ball.
Step 5

Place on cookie sheet two inches apart and bake for 14 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6

Let cook on cookie sheet before removing them to a cooling rack.
Step 7

Place in cookie jar or container with a lid and enjoy!
