Ingredients
- 2 sticks of semi cold unsalted pure organic butter
- 3/4 cup organic sugar cane sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsulfured molasses
- 1 teaspoon kahlua
- 2 large organic brown eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups good quality chocolate chips
- 3/4 can pecans, in pieces

Step 1Cream butter and sugars together until creamy then add 1 egg at a time. Mix until fluffy, then add your Kaluha and your molasses until blended.

Step 2Mix all your dry ingredients together, then mix with the butter and sugar mixture a cup of flour mix at a time. Then fold in your chocolate chips and nuts.

Step 3Preheat oven to 375. Use a 4 oz ice cream scoop to measure out your cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. bake the cookie for about 12 to 14 minutes. Let cookie cool on baking sheet for about 3 minutes then transfer to cooling rack and cool completely. These cookies will be soft in the middle please let cool. If you want a crisper cookie cook a little longer.
