A great neighbor and friend, Kaye Montieth, (from TN but now in TX) gave me this recipe many years ago. I always think of her whenever I make them. These are sweet but good.

UPDATE: (5/1/12) Kaye's son, Kyle, and I hooked up on facebook. He told me that Kaye died in 2003 from melanoma skin cancer. She was in her early 50's. I cried when I read his message. This recipe is now more special than ever.
