Didn't have the usual walnuts and coconut for these, so I improvised with what was in my pantry. I really loved how crispy the cookie pieces got and the addition of the pretzels gave the perfect amount of salt. :)

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 stick
butter, melted
2/3 c
butterscotch chips
2/3 c
white chocolate chips
2/3 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c
chips ahoy cookies or similiar, roughly chopped
2/3 c
pretzels, roughly chopped
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)

How to Make Jen's 7 Layer Bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix melted butter and graham crumbs together and press into bottom of lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  • 2Sprinkle chips evenly over graham crust. Next sprinkle pretzels and cookie pieces evenly.
  • 3Pour can of sweetened condensed milk over all ingredients and pop in the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool completely, pour yourself a glass of milk, and enjoy. :)
