Ingredients For jelly cookies

  • 1/2 c
    margerine
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    egg yolk beaten
  • 1
    egg white beaten
  • 3/4 c
    ground nuts
  • jelly

How To Make jelly cookies

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugar. add flour; mix. Add vanilla and egg yolk. mix; then refrgerate forat least 30 min or more. then form into small balls, roll in beaten egg whites and then roll in nuts. cook 5 min at 325f make sure to preheat oven before you bake. take outta oven make a hole in the center, cook ten minutes longer. take outta oven, cool, and fill with jelly. serve ummmm
