These are tasty and fun! You can make them any color and flavor you like by changing the flavor of the jello. They are really pretty for Easter!

Ingredients

3 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 - egg
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons milk
1 box jello 6 oz any flavor

How To Make jello cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Step 2

Cream butter, sugar and jello together. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Stir until well blended.
Step 3

In a separate bowl add baking soda and flour together. Add flour to creamed mixture one cup at a time. Mixing until well blended.
Step 4

Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-8 minutes.
