Italian Wedding ( Cookies )
They are melt in your mouth delicious! I love the ease of them also. I had them mixed up in a matter of 5 minutes.
This attractive cookie would look so beautiful displayed on your tray full of Christmas goodies.
You could easily double or triple the batch.
- 1 c
- butter, softned
- 1/2 c
- confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 c
- 1/4 tsp
- 3/4 c
- finely chopped nuts, i used pecans - its what i had, but, can use walnuts as well
- confectioners' sugar for rolling
