These pizzelle's are so good. This is a recipe my Mom would make during the holiday's. They are very light and the flavors you use, like vanilla, lemon and almond are great in this recipe. When served at the holiday season, this is the first tray of cookies to disappear.

Ingredients
- scoop 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter - cooled
- 3/4 cup sugar
How To Make italian pizzelles

Step 1Beat eggs and sugar

Step 2Add cooled melted butter and add extract. You can use any flavoring, like vanilla, lemon but I use almond flavoring.

Step 3Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture

Step 4Batter will be stiff enough so you can drop by a full teaspoon on each side of Pizzelle Baker.

Step 5You can refrigerate this dough so you can make it a later time.

Step 6Makes about 30 to 35 pizzelles.
