italian butterball cookies with chocolate
I would always gobble these up whenever I saw them on the cookie trays at every party or at Christmas. They are easy to make and are tasty!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make italian butterball cookies with chocolate

Step 1Mix butter with sugar until fluffy. Add salt, extract, flour, nuts, and chocolate. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Heat oven to 350.

Step 2Shape dough into 1/2" balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes until light brown. Let cool. Roll in confectionery sugar.
