Italian Butterball Cookies with Chocolate

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 call purpose flour
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 cchopped pecans
How to Make Italian Butterball Cookies with Chocolate
- Mix butter with sugar until fluffy.
Add salt, extract, flour, nuts, and chocolate.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Heat oven to 350. - Shape dough into 1/2" balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes until light brown.
Let cool.
Roll in confectionery sugar.
