Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1/2 cup sweet cream butter, softened
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar (granulated sugar)
- FILLING:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- - powdered sugar
How To Make isabell's lemon butter snowbars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^ Crust: In mixer bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix until blended(about 1 minute). Pat down into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake in center of oven for 15-20 minutes or until a little brown on edges. Remove from oven. set aside. --- Filling: Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour filling over the partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes or until set. Cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
