How to Make IRISH COFFEE BALLS
- In large bowl, combine cookie crumbs, pecans, & 1 cup of the confectioners sugar.
In a small cup, dissolve coffee granules in Irish whiskey. Add to dry mixture along with corn syrup, mixing until well blended.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Roll in remaining confectioners sugar.
Store in airtight container.
