Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts ( black walnuts or pecans)
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 box graham crackers
- ICING:
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make ice box cookies

Step 1Line 9 X 13 inch pan with WHOLE GRAHAM CRACKERS.

Step 2Melt margarine over low heat.

Step 3Beat eggs, milk, and sugar together. Mix with margarine and bring it to a boil.

Step 4Remove from heat and add nuts, coconut and GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS. Mix well.

Step 5Then pour this mixture over the layer of whole crackers that you lined the pan with.

Step 6Then top with another layer of WHOLE graham crackers.

Step 7ICING:

Step 8Combine ingredients; Heat until smooth.

Step 9Pour over top of the graham crackers. CHILL for 2 Hours. Makes 4 dozens depending on size you cut! Cut on the dotted lines on the graham crackers. Unless you want bigger pieces.
