I got this recipe from my grandmother, who found it in one of her many cookbooks. It's a quick easy recipe. I've used various Hershey kisses over the years and the original is still the best.

How to Make I Can't Believe It's A Cookie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Unwrap Hershey Kisses
  2. In mixing bowl, combine egg, sugar, and peanut butter and stir until combined.
  3. Take dough and make 36 balls, placing on cookie sheet as each one is made. Press 1 Hershey kiss into the center of each peanut butter ball. Bake for 10 minutes.
