Ingredients
- 300 grams all purpose flour
- 50 grams custard powder
- 150 grams butter, room temperature
- 100 grams icing sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 - egg yolk
- 20 grams milk
How To Make hungarian cookies

Step 1In a bowl, place all ingredients and mix until smooth.

Step 2Stretch the dough with a rolling pin and cut with a biscuit cut the way you want. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 3When cool, dip in melted chocolate and allow to harden. Then you can fill with jam or quince marmalade to taste.
