Ingredients

300 g
all purpose flour
50 g
custard powder
150 g
butter, room temperature
100 g
icing sugar
1 pinch
salt
2
egg yolk
20 g
milk

How to Make Hungarian cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a bowl, place all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • 2Stretch the dough with a rolling pin and cut with a biscuit cut the way you want. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
  • 3When cool, dip in melted chocolate and allow to harden. Then you can fill with jam or quince marmalade to taste.
