this recipe is fun and easy . look fun for kids to make and eat. i was looking for a fun recipe for a friend ,and she needed something with no eggs or peanuts . i came up with this .

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter,softened.
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate chips, melted,divided.
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • ·
    mini marshamellows, cut into small pieces.

How to Make hot chocolate cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350. lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. beat butter, sugar and salt in large bowl, until well blended.add 1/4 cup melted chocolate.beat until well blended.gradually add flour, beating after each addition.
  3. shape dough into level tablespoonfuls into balls.{if dough is too soft , refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm enough to handle}.
  4. place 2 inches apart in prepared cookie sheet.flatten to 1/2 inch thickness.bake 15 to 17 minutes or until firm. cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes .
  5. remove to wire racks, cool completely.spread 1 teaspoon remaining melted chocolate on each cookie .
    sprinkle with marshamallows pieces.
  6. press gently into chocolate .refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set.
