this recipe is fun and easy . look fun for kids to make and eat. i was looking for a fun recipe for a friend ,and she needed something with no eggs or peanuts . i came up with this .

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter,softened.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips, melted,divided.
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- - mini marshamellows, cut into small pieces.
How To Make hot chocolate cookies

Step 1preheat oven to 350. lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

Step 2beat butter, sugar and salt in large bowl, until well blended.add 1/4 cup melted chocolate.beat until well blended.gradually add flour, beating after each addition.

Step 3shape dough into level tablespoonfuls into balls.{if dough is too soft , refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm enough to handle}.

Step 4place 2 inches apart in prepared cookie sheet.flatten to 1/2 inch thickness.bake 15 to 17 minutes or until firm. cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes .

Step 5remove to wire racks, cool completely.spread 1 teaspoon remaining melted chocolate on each cookie . sprinkle with marshamallows pieces.

Step 6press gently into chocolate .refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set.
