    quick cooking oats
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
  • 1/3 c

How to Make Honey Crunchies


  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut, pecans and flour.
  2. In a heavy sauce pan, heat the brown sugar, butter and honey until it reaches a boil.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoon into greased muffin tins so that the cookies retain their shape.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Cool in the pan.
