- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
How To Make honey crunchies

Step 1In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut, pecans and flour.

Step 2In a heavy sauce pan, heat the brown sugar, butter and honey until it reaches a boil.

Step 3Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Drop the dough by rounded teaspoon into greased muffin tins so that the cookies retain their shape.

Step 5Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
