1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

How to Make Honey Crunchies
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut, pecans and flour.
- In a heavy sauce pan, heat the brown sugar, butter and honey until it reaches a boil.
- Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop the dough by rounded teaspoon into greased muffin tins so that the cookies retain their shape.
- Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool in the pan.
