Ingredients

3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
3 large eggs(well beaten)
1 cup honey
4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

How To Make honey cookies

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar,add eggs and honey. Sift together flour,baking soda and salt. Add two cups of flour mixture into the honey mixture.Beat well with electric mixer.

Step 2

Remove beaters and add remaining flour and nuts. Mix well using a spoon. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet spacing one and a half inch apart. bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
