Continuing the search for very palatable mixes to make at home~to save money, for convenience and to exercise more control over what goes into our food...found this great recipe for Peanut Butter Cookie Mix! I had others that you make from a cake mix...which is good, but this turns out to be decidedly better. You will want to keep it in a cool place; but I have to recommend doing that with any food storage. This is yummy-hope you like it too!
