1/4 c
butter

sugar

1 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
nutmeg (optional)
1/2 tsp
cream of tartar (optional)
1 Tbsp
rum extract
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
1 pinch
jamacian all spice (optional)
1 c
chopped nuts (optional)
3 Tbsp
sweetened condensed milk
1 c
confectioners' sugar for rolling brownies in

How to Make Home Made Chocolate Brownies- From Scratch

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees F.
  • 2Butter Or Spray 8 Inch Square Baking Pan.
  • 3In Large Bowl, Beat Cocoa Powder, Butter, Eggs, Sugar vanilla & rum extract together. Sift in flour & other Ingredients. Mix Thoroughly.
  • 4Transfer Batter into 8 Inch square baking pan & Smooth over top.
  • 5Bake 30 Minutes. Use toothpick to see if needs to cook longer.
  • 6Put into freezer right away and let cool for 20 minutes.
  • 7Take out of freezer, Let stand for 1 Minute.
  • 8Roll cut out brownie bars into Confectioners Powdered Sugar to desired amount.
  • 9Garnish top with Vanilla frosting, Sprinkles or anything you desire. Enjoy!! :)
