- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs , beaten
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon rum extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch jamacian all spice (optional)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

How To Make home made chocolate brownies- from scratch

Step 1Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees F.

Step 2Butter Or Spray 8 Inch Square Baking Pan.

Step 3In Large Bowl, Beat Cocoa Powder, Butter, Eggs, Sugar vanilla & rum extract together. Sift in flour & other Ingredients. Mix Thoroughly.

Step 4Transfer Batter into 8 Inch square baking pan & Smooth over top.

Step 5Bake 30 Minutes. Use toothpick to see if needs to cook longer.

Step 6Put into freezer right away and let cool for 20 minutes.

Step 7Take out of freezer, Let stand for 1 Minute.

Step 8Roll cut out brownie bars into Confectioners Powdered Sugar to desired amount.

Step 9Garnish top with Vanilla frosting, Sprinkles or anything you desire. Enjoy!! :)
