Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • dash tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • ·
    confectioners' sugar

How to Make Holiday Cream Cheese Delights

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg mixing bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar and salt, gradually add in cream mixture.
  2. Stir in pecans, (dough will be crumbly) Shape tablespoonfuls into 2-in logs. Place 2inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Bake at 375 for 12-14 mins or until lightly browned. Carefully roll the warm cookies in confectioners' sugar, cool on wire racks
